Responsibilities Represent the company in a friendly, professional, and positive manner. Engage with customers and prospective customers during promotional activities. Create positive customer interactions that encourage interest and engagement. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Participate in promotional events, community activities, and outreach programs. Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. Build positive relationships with customers and community members. Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and promotional activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve engagement and sales goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in promotions, sales, marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required.
