Feil Real Estate, affiliated with Keller Williams, is looking for a sharp, polished, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to become a trusted right hand to the business owner and help keep a growing real estate business organized, responsive, and moving forward. This is a high-trust role for someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership, figures things out, and gets things done without needing constant direction.

You'll work closely with the business owner across executive support, real estate operations, client service, marketing, and administrative priorities, bringing focus, structure, and follow-through to a fast-moving environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $55,000-$65,000 based on experience
• Paid time off

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business owner's trusted right hand, managing priorities, and follow-ups
• Keep real estate operations, client communication, and transactions organized and on track
• Maintain CRM, systems, documents, and workflows with accuracy and consistency
• Support listings, marketing, social media, and client-facing initiatives
• Research, troubleshoot, and leverage technology and AI to work smarter
• Anticipate needs, figure things out, and take ownership from start to finish

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar experience preferred
• Real estate experience or RE license preferred; willing to obtain is a plus
• Polished, personable communicator with a professional and confident presence
• Highly organized, focused, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Tech-savvy, curious, and quick to learn new systems like Command and AI tools
• Resourceful problem-solver with strong judgment, discretion, and follow-through
