Supporting the CEO in a full-time remote capacity, the Executive Personal Assistant will manage personal and administrative tasks with high autonomy, ensuring the CEO can focus on leadership while being responsive to varied needs that arise outside traditional business hours. Key Responsibilities Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact for personal and administrative matters, coordinating with family members and outside vendors Handle personal paperwork, logistics, and commitments, ensuring seamless management of the CEO's personal world Balance responsibilities between personal assistant and executive assistant tasks, adapting to the shifting needs of the role Required Qualifications Autonomous and proactive with the ability to make sound judgments with minimal direction Discreet and composed, handling sensitive matters with professionalism Proactive and unflappable, anticipating needs and responding to unexpected situations Strong communication skills, representing the Founder clearly and kindly Organized and meticulous, able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
