Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to obtain claim status and assist customers with billing inquiries Gather, analyze, and identify issues preventing claims from processing Document all billing activities accurately and in a timely manner Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in medical billing Fluency in English with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute Intermediate knowledge of computers and related technology Ability to work independently or as part of a team High school diploma, GED, or significant relevant work experience
